Pomelo Care is seeking a Remote Outbound Enrollment Representative to serve as a frontline ambassador, reaching out to patients and enrolling them into Pomelo’s life-changing virtual maternity and newborn care programs. You’ll make a real impact by helping families access critical clinical and social resources—reducing preterm births, NICU admissions, and maternal mortality in the process.

💼 Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective patients to introduce Pomelo Care and enroll them in services
- Clearly communicate the benefits of Pomelo Care and the support it offers
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and performance goals
- Answer inbound inquiries and provide guidance and support to patients
- Document all communications and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (healthcare providers, community orgs, etc.)
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups for patients
- Stay up to date with healthcare guidelines and training materials

- Are open to occasional overtime

💰 Pay & Benefits
💵 Salary Range: $40,000–$50,000/year
