💼 Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide phone, email, and text-based support to Roadie customers, partners, and drivers
- Listen actively and address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and intervene when issues arise
- Balance speed and accuracy to deliver high-quality support
- Log customer interactions in Salesforce and other internal tools
- Manage unusual delivery situations with urgency and a customer-first mindset
